    I think for the initial phone call that 30 minutes is spot on. You feel out how the chemistry is, you touch base and set up a second, longer call. You don't want to linger too long and seem needy; that's what I think. …

Three weeks ago, eHarmony Advice’s Community Manager started a discussion to ask the community for suggestions to improve the Singles Matching service. Here are the top fifteen suggestions from it, minus the obvious two (A. Differentiate paying and non-paying members, and B. Show the date of last activity or login) — God knows it’ll take a lawsuit to make those changes!
