Hi everyone. I am really struggling with how to “manage” my matches in EH. I just don’t understand why if you close a match, that match doesn’t move OUT of your matches and into the “closed” tab.
For example: If I click on the “new” tab, it shows that I have 589 matches (!!). TONS of these are closed. Why are they still showing under this tab? It makes it so much harder if I want to just review the open matches I have, that haven’t been closed by either side yet.
If I click on the “communicating” tab, it shows that I have 185 matches. Again, tons of these are closed and there is no further action I can take. How do I move these out of my “new” tab?
This is making me crazy. I want to be able to “clean up” my matches and I’ve spent a long time going through and closing out old matches but they still seem to hang around. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance…
The last time eH did an upgrade, many members experienced the problem of closed matches showing up on their 'new' and/or 'communicating' page. They have a fix for it, just call CS, explain that your closed matches are not migrating to the closed tab and they'll have tech services apply the fix to yo …
