What kind of game is eHarmony playing here!?
First, I go through all the intital questions to register for an account.
Then I sign in, only to be told I cannot be assisted because I am “separated” and I cannot access the account.
Then I get dozens of emails from interested women who I can’t meet, as I cannot access my account.
Then I cannot send a question or complaint through regular channels, wanting only to deactivate the account and stop the emails.

It would cost a significant amount for eHarmony to do a background check on every new member to ensure they are "free and clear" of marital obligations. That is not going to happen. …
