I’m trying to renew (again), and I noticed a change to eHarmony’s website. Usually, I go to My Settings, then Account Settings, where I can change the auto-renew settings or enter a promo code in. This is no longer available, it appears. Now, at the bottom of the page under “Subscription Status” it says the following:
| Your subscription expires on: | February 3, 2012 |
| The last payment we received was: | October 31, 2011 for $44.85 |
| This subscription will auto-renew at: | It does not auto-renew |
| Reactivate My Subscription at: | 1 Month Membership for a total price of $29.95. |
