After four months, eHarmony still hasn’t found community leaders for eHarmony Advice.
Social Networking Manager — open since 4 April 2008

Community Manager — open since 13 May 2008,
Is the pay too low? Are the working conditions that bad? Does what they want the leaders to do that unreasonable or objectionable? Why could they be having a hard time recruiting community leaders? Yeah, I’m being paranoid.
