(Photo shows how “Charles” has multiple profiles living in different states.)

Want to read Charles’s email? Google “I wish to be the man you’ve always wanted”, in quotes, and you’ll find it.

Go watch how eHarmony Customer Service handled the complaint. What these reporters don’t realise is that the “thousands of complaints” they found in bikermatchmaking.com were all anonymous and therefore unverifiable.

Watch the video and read the news story, dated 14 July 2008.
