“Ask a Success Couple … Anything”: What a great advice feature! … until eHarmony removed it

A little over two weeks ago eHarmony Advice introduced us to Jackie and Steve of El Paso, Texas, an eHarmony Success Couple

Jackie and Steve were much better than other eHarmony Advice’s Ask a Success Couple guests because their Q&A corner generated a lot of interest, and the couple responded quickly and often and gave encouraging advice, and offered insight on blended families, what I think is the hardest dating and family situation to manage.

It’s a bonus that they both enjoy watching Battlestar Galactica.

For instance, last February, eHarmony Advice had another couple named Dawn and Todd available to give advice but apparently the couple seldom signed in and never answered any follow up questions.

UPDATE: What the hell? Moderated?!

I guess eHarmony Advice can’t have any good thing for long.

Just wanted to comment that I am Dawn of the Dawn and Todd you are referencing and we logged in daily and attempted to respond to questions and comments. However, it was the first time eHarmony had gone live with this feature and they experienced technical difficulties that prevented us from being able to interact the way we wanted to. We were as frustrated by this as the folks who were writing to us. Just wanted to set the record straight as it seems there was an assumption made about our committment to participate that is completely inaccurate. Thank you.
