eHarmony did everything right this time. Right smack after Valentine’s Day, eHarmony’s 8th Free Communication Weekend generated a lot of activity. 23 members initiated communication with me. I received 86 “match communication received” messages. I went to Open Communication with at least 5 people — it’s low but this is mostly my doing.* Finally, I received 52 matches during the period.
Many other members have better results, compared to the FCW7 flop.
Some members say that January to March is the best time to join eHarmony because there are more active months during these months.
If eHarmony is doing this every 6 or 7 weeks, then the next one will be on 28-31 March or 4-6 April 2008. Go mark it on your calendar, folks!
* I am beginning to be convinced that many FCW folks aren’t serious. I thus communicate with them with higher scrutiny, i.e., more challenging Stage 3 questions. Naturally, few of the FCW participants spend the time to answer them.
