Chemistry.com writes, “We have too many women”

I got this email today,

Chemistry.com says, “We have too many women.”

I don’t get it, Chem (Is it alright if I call you Chem? I’ve always called Chemistry Chem in school). I’m already a member, so how would visiting your site solve your “ratio of women to men” problem? What kind of help do you need exactly? And what is it in it for me? I don’t know even how many of your “most captivating women” aren’t dead profiles … or long-already captive.

Howz about free memberships for men? Otherwise, geez, take a number, Chemmie. eHarmony has long suffered “high ratio of women to men” and yours isn’t enough reason to switch. :-)

Chem is just having a “ladies night”. This is a classic ploy to lure in men based on the promise of a higher probability of hooking up with an attractive woman.

So eHarmony suffers a high ratio of women to men. Maybe that is another reason I got few matches when I was aboard.
