I’m one of the editors of the Post’s “Date Lab.” I fully cop to our questions being sometimes bizarre–it was a slow day at the office, someone got a little whimsical–but I’d hate for anyone to think we’re sniding online matchmaking. DL is clearly inspired and informed by online dating. (I ought to know, I met my husband online.) One thing to keep in mind: Regardless of the Chris/Chrissie experience, our focus is illuminating the ways in which people on a date relate to each other–NOT finding people life-long partners. That you should do the usual ways–including, if you are so inspired, online dating.
