People are asking what personal style means. I bet they are guys. 
Personal Style commonly refers to “fashion sense.” Thus “Describe your personal style” is identical to the 1st canned question, “What style of dress do you prefer?”
Now if you need help answering THAT question (and I know guys like you, so don’t worry), then go to your closet now, piece of paper in hand, and write down a description of your current set of wardrobe (i.e., the clothes inside the closet).
Now if you don’t HAVE a closet (you wear whatever is clean, yes, I know guys like you, too.) then I suggest this answer:
Casual: T-shirt, jeans and a sports jacket. Dress-up: Khakis, button-down shirt
