What’s with the “Hacks” section? You do know that if you post on there that it’s a private company protected by private company laws, meaning if you admit to illegally hacking the system then you are liable. I suppose urging people to post in a forum completely eradicates the need to fix the technical problems with the site that allow hacks to work…NOT!

The hacks section is, by all means, unconventional, but, by no means, illegal.

No, no–the section itself is not illegal. Unconventional, yes. As unconventional as chicken recipes dished out by a love site.

I’m saying that if a user admits to hacking the site on that thread it is actionable according to the Terms & Conditions of eHarmony’s site. The admission of hacking on part of the USER is what would be illegal.
