“Old” members finally get something to talk about…

My profile mysterious became “incomplete” (75%) today and I noticed that this appeared in my account today.
Anyone else have this appear for them? Has been in the “new” accounts for a while?

It appears as if some of the questions one can ask (are you “on time”, approach to spending money) are now part of this set of questions.  I wonder if they have been removed from the question pool?  Any other thoughts on the questions?

So, the next thought is how much is one going to edit their profile with this in place.  I guess we have to see how it works “in action” since you are limited to your selections and you only get to see stuff you have in common.

Overall, it just seems like one has to put way too much effort into this whole process.  Frankly, I don’t see how these new questions are going to improve the user experience.

“Remember, you will still only receive matches based on eHarmony’s 29 Dimensions of Compatibility – we don’t send you matches based solely on these common interests. That said, when you do receive a match and you do share common interests, you’ll already have a great topic on which to strike up a conversation.”

It seems pretty pathetic for eH developers to take THAT long (~8 months+) to roll out the change to the “old” accounts.

It really shouldn’t be that hard to find “something to talk about” if a person even bothers to write a few decent sentences in their profile. The only time I’ve had trouble finding something to start a conversation is on a “skeleton” profile.

I guess it is all about laziness and short attention spans…

Perhaps they were really very busy helping to develop
    eDarling

eDarling is “eHarmony improved” for Spain, France, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Poland.
