DONT TRUST EHARMONY! I signed up for this site for 3 months doing monthly payments. I received NO notification that my 3 months was almost up. I trusted that my account would close, once my subscription was up! NOPE, instead i was sent ano email that i was being charged for another 3 months and they took the full amount off of my credit card, WHY because all they care about is their money. If i originally ticked monthly payments, why then do they think they have the right to do what they eant and take the full subscription at once. When i contacted them to tell them that I did not want another 3 months, they said TOO BAD SO SAD that they do not do refunds. SORRY EH, but i have a big mouth and everyone will know about my experience dealing with your company. DONT TRUST EHARMONY, i would suggest other sites, like MATCH.com

Hi,
I asked by ‘phone re. what happens when or if I find a match within the payment period of 3 months, do I get a refund of the portion left of my account payments. Was told “No” The least time you can claim back is 6 months, so 3 months or less subscribers do not get a refund. Not very fair I think, as I would not be getting anything for the money, or asking them for anything.

I was frustrated at the exceedingly slow pace of the “Guided Communication” offered by eHarmony. Even though I probably spent over one hundred hours there, I never had a single date through the site, the matches that were sent my way were not even close in compatibility, many lived really, really, far away, and my wallet is what? $271.00 lighter?

My gay friends told me that eHarmony was Anti-Gay, and, only after extreme pressure, agreed to offer gay matches, but insisted on calling it something else, so their Good Name was not Sullied. In my humble opinion, that Stinks!

I learned that the ownership of eHarmony was Republican, through and through, so I switched to FastCupid/ActForLove, which is much, much cooler, more user-friendly, and, at the risk of sounding really sexist – the women who listed themselves on this site were much better looking!

I think I may have met someone there already!

#eharmony If you are having trouble refunding then all you have to do is call your credit card company and tell them you are having problems getting a refund and they will do it for you. They can normally get you 90 days worth of charges refunded with little effort. After 90 days you can not get that money back.
