Help, I have not received matches for a couple of days

Just writing today as I am receiving no new matches from Eharmony… I’m just about 4 days into my subscrption – and have not received matches for a couple of days. I definitely have matching on. And I don’t know how to contact Eharmony directly about this. I would appreciate advice on why this is happening and how to rectify it. I would also appreciate advice on how to contact Eharmony directly. I think I’ve asked about how to contact Eharmony directly before – but if I received an answer then – unfortunately by now I’ve forgotten. I would really appreciate help!!!
