One of the eight reasons why we gave eHarmony an A for effort went back around last weekend. (eHarmony Advice announcement, dated 10 December 2009.)
The feature lets the user visualize the area that a 30-, 60-, 120- or 300- mile radius of his zipcode or postal code covers, so he can choose the best distance setting for himself. It works only in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
If today’s year was 2005, this would have been impressive, I know, but frankly, ANY user-convenience improvement that doesn’t cost money or them selling their users’ personal information is appreciated.
