A tour of eHarmony’s call center system

What is the day-to-day life of your eHarmony Call Center rep? Watch this video tour of the latest version of RightNow Technologies’s Call Center software service. eHarmony has been RightNow’s major customer since Q3 2006. Like eHarmony, RightNow is a service provided through the web, instead of having the data processed in their premises.

RightNow powers their Call Center, their Incident tracking, their Customer Satisfaction, their Help System website and their 1-800 number’s Interactive Voice Response System. RightNow tallies your complaints, and it automatically sends those “Customer Care Satisfaction Survey” emails.

Which do you think is better: the software or the acting?

I hope this explains your last call to EH Customer Care was as pleasant (or as awful) as it was.
