Safari browser or Google Chrome problems in eHarmony?

Are you having problems with eHarmony while using the Safari web browser or Google Chrome? Let us know.

There are two known issues:

  1. Accessing the “Basic Plan” tab on the Total Connect screen.
  2. Deleting photos

Clearing the cache doesn’t work, nor does upgrading to the latest browser version. These issues arose from eHarmony Java Programmers and QA Engineers that didn’t test these parts of the site in Safari or Chrome.

The fix? Use Firefox. eHarmony seems to have decided that Firefox is the ideal browser, no matter what they say on their “Compatible Browsers” page.

According to Google Analytics, 12% of this blog’s readers in the last 30 days use Safari. And 4% use Google Chrome. We presume eHarmony’s percentages to be similar.
