Give us a button to close out closed matches – why do we care anyway?

We all get closed out for one reason or another. My EH account is filled with women who have closed me out and I really don’t care why they did so. Why can’t EH provide a tab to close out all those who have closed us out all in one shot? I could spend a long time sifting through my closed matches, opening each one up, closing it out..etc… too much time doing this. With having to wait for all the adverts that EH puts on the page, and even with a T1 connection, it can take hours. It would be nice to have one button to close and move everyone who closed me  to the closed folder all in one shot.

There is a very nice script at userscripts.org (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/53471) that uses the Firefox addon Greasemonkey to change your My Matches page into a much more usable format, including this requested change. If you use the Adblock Plus addon with it, you eliminate all the pesky advertising as well. I recognize that neither is an ideal solution, but I found that the combination of the two makes use of the site much more user-friendly.

And if you’re just wondering “Why can’t EH provide a tab…”, the reason could be simply exactly what you said: “…all the adverts that EH puts on the page…” ;)
