I called eH customer service yesterday to examine this. Tonight I wrote them to investigate. I said I will not renew. I reminded them they still owe me 20 days of service. In three days, around 40,000 people took the test and got their personality profile — am I suddenly incompatible with anyone?
This is what I wrote them tonight:

This is the third day that I did not receive any matches from your service. As you can see, my match settings are already very broad. The only thing I could do is move (change my zip code) to a bigger city like nearby New York and pick “Anywhere in the world!”
Can you please look into this matter? I want to know the truth. I believe you still owe me 21 days of service. If things do not resume as they were last week I will not renew.
