Feature Request: “Close” link on photos page

The “Close” link just about everywhere else except on the photos page.  Of course, we know why.  eHarmony wants us to think about the person as a whole.  However, physical attraction is a strong part of the decision process and generally, you need to look at the other photos posted instead of just the primary as part of that decision.

Why not make the simple change to the site code to include a close link on that page.  If they aren’t convinced it is worth placing there, track how often that link is used versus the “main” one.  I think they would find that more people would close from the photo page and by not having it there, the user interface is actually not user friendly and a hinderance for users.

So, how about it, eHarmony?  Can you spare fifteen minutes of payroll time and task a programmer to make this change?

I would really appreciate your help. I am an Australian man who wishes to join eHarmony and I have filled out the subscription form and uploaded three photos (including 2 of my dogs!) which now all appear on my profile.

The problem I am having is that I wish to DELETE the photos and replace them with better shots . . . but, eHarmony’s directions DON’T WORK! .. as follows

“To delete and manage your photos, please follow the steps below:
    1. Log in to your eHarmony Account
    2. Click on the About Me tab at the top of your My Matches page.
    3. Click on the My Photos subheading link.
    4. On the My Photos page, scroll down to the “Your Photos” section and click on the “delete” link next to the photo you wish to remove”

I do all of the above, but when I click on the “delete” or the “x” button, nothing happens … the photographs will not delete, including the dog photos which have of course been rejected by eHarmony.

I am not prepared to pay for a subscription to eHarmony until I am sure I can DELETE photos as well as upload them.

Greatly appreciate your instructions … !
