Goodbye, Scott Ackerman

Scott Ackerman PhotoAckerman was Vice President for Customer Care for eHarmony from September 2005 to August 2009. EHB has written about him several times and he was known to have initiated several CC improvements, such as additional toll-free phone numbers, 24/7/365 service and an IVRS. During his tenure, eHarmony’s CC department also received a few business awards. Best of luck, Scott, in your future endeavors.

No new VP has been announced yet.
