eHarmony Blog hits 1000-article mark

Whereas the average “attention span” of an eHarmony member (its audience turnover) is between 3 to 6 months, eHarmony Blog has been around for three years. From all of us here, thank you everyone for taking part in this blog.

When the blog started, eHarmony hid a lot of itself from the public. Since then, it has opened three blogs, opened a public discussion forum, opened five Twitter accounts and opened several 24-hour customer support phone lines. Every day, their public discussion forum receives and UNABASHEDLY publishes dozens of customer complaints about dead profiles and other site issues. The site has gotten better, but in many ways, still has a long way to go. For instance, try emailing an eHarmony staffer! This blog’s work is not done.

Here’s to the next 1,000 posts. :)
