Reply to her, continue the communication — unless there are ‘emotional instability’ or ‘scammer’ flags, try your best to reach the telephone before you make a final decision.

At least not for me.

Would it be best to continue communication, simply to interact with her? Or would it be best to close the match and contact EH’s customer service?

I ask because in the past I would have simply closed the match and been done with it…but I do actually like your approach. I’m just not sure when to do what? :)
