We cite Warren’s welcome email: “[We] want you to promise yourself that over the upcoming days and weeks you are going to reach out with an open heart to every single match [eHarmony] brings you. Some matches may not respond, while others may not work out that’s to be expected. Your success depends on your willingness to reach out and communicate in a persistent fashion.”
We want you to promise yourself to contact eHarmony’s Customer Service whenever you feel you received a bad match. The site’s design doesn’t let us rate the quality of each match sent to us. By willfully contacting Customer Service, we let them know that it wasted our time, we deserve better service and they must do something about it. The phone number is 1-800-648-9548.
We want you to promise yourself to click “Find New Matches” at least once a day. eHarmony never says they’ll find us matches every night. It’s up to us subscribers to click that link and get what we paid for. We cannot wait until our matches’ subscriptions expire!
