Caucasians are the majority in eHarmony. Quantcast reports that in May, 80% of its US visitors are Caucasian. Quantcast’s also reports that, no wonder, 80% of this blog’s visitors are Caucasian.
If you are looking for something to tweak in your Match Settings, try unchecking “White/Non-Hispanic” for a while, that is, remove Caucasians from your ethnicity preferences.
Caucasians dominate, and many caucasians prefer caucasians. This means:
- Uncheck Caucasians and you put yourself out of the heavy competition.
- Many non-Caucasians joined eHarmony exactly because many Caucasians prefer caucasians.
- Non-caucasians get fewer matches than Caucasians. Be matched with them and you will get more attention, for sure.
- Non-caucasians could be foreign-born, or have parents who were foreign-born. Getting to know them is a fun, cultural experience.
