May 15-18: eHarmony’s Sixteenth Free Communication Weekend for Canada

It’s upcoming once again, the Victoria Day 2009 eHarmony Free Communication Weekend for Canada. The last one was March 26-29, 7 weeks before this one. Thanks to eHarmony_Kate for the announcement. The announcement is late than usual — it could either be the company advised its staff to keep very quiet about this, or that nobody else cares.

Paid members, get ready to nudge your matches on Friday and move them along communication until Monday. Free members, get ready to sneak in your email address and meet the love of your life free-of-charge.

Tip: FCW participants cannot initiate, accept or reject FastTrack, so don’t initiate FastTrack with them this weekend or communication would be stuck.

Yes, I read the official announcement but why just Canada and not everyone?

More disappointment in eH and their philosophy of what they can do to help us subscribing members to communicate with matches.

If it ends up being a FCW for US members, someone please post here.

Yay – I’ve been waiting for this!

    To answer some questions:

    a) definitely kept under wraps. I was on the phone with CS yesterday at around 5pm, and the rep said she didn’t know of any upcoming FCWs

    b) Canada only because its a long weekend for us (happy birthday to dear Queen Victoria) LOL

I must have been brain dead when I wrote the earlier comment.

Memorial day is coming up next week, so that must be when they are planning the FCW for the US members.

    Carry on…

    Regarding this:

Where exactly can you “sneak it in” without eharmony finding it? I tried it, and they temporarily suspended my messaging. Thanks in advance.
