eHarmony is a Total Rip Off website, they promise something they CAN NOT Provide. You Never get any New contacts, New Matches, New Profiles. Customer Service Sucks they really Do Not care about Customer Satisfaction what so ever. As long as you Pay they Don’t Give a F…. Their Dishonest, Fake, Not Loyal, Do Not Help at all. THEY FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORTH IT… NO VALUE TO THAT FAKE MEMBERSHIP/SUBSCRIPTION

That happens however, it does not mean there is something wrong with someone. The match just did not want to go further. I do not think eharmony has false contacts. But, I think it is confusing and wrong to have free subscribers on their web site while they bounce paying one.

And even they probably take turns on each other couches.

They don’t pay anyone to create false identities and string anyone along. Do you realize how much that would cost? You are crazy, scary, need-to-see-a-shrink-paranoid. Maybe that’s why the match didn’t want to communicate outside eHarmony. Eharmony, like Match and other sites, does let people post profiles without a paid subscription though, so be mindful that probably less than 50% of the people you’re matched with are actually able to communicate. Most won’t ever pay for a subscription, but some will pay only when they find a match, or several matches, that are just way too good to pass up. Even then, remember they can’t even see your photo, so your “about me” information has to be really amazing to make up for them not being able to see you. Save yourself some heartache and contact them. Meanwhile, make sure your photos are as good as they can get, and that your “about me” information is clear, well-written (with good grammar, etc.) and INTERESTING. Otherwise, why would they choose you out of a see of blank faces?

Just joking maybe. They may not hired people to string people along but they allow a lot of free subscribers on their line while they bump some paying ones. I think that judging someones sanity should be left up to the professional and even they probably take turns on each other couches.

Their “model” is a sham based on psycho-babble and doesn’t do anything special. I especially like the can’t stand about ‘Lying’. No one tells the truth on these, who are they kidding?

Have you even thought about what you’re saying? Have you any idea the resources that would require? That’s just nuts. I imagine no one wants to meet you because you’re nuts. Get some psychiatric help, then maybe you’ll be able to find a date.

Mon, 26 Jan 2009 19:48:19 +0000 http://eharmony-blog.com/?p=1327#comment-64091 Funny, there are plenty of us who have been doing just fine with the service. I just had a second date over the weekend with a fine lady who was, I assure you, quite real.

I’ve run into a fair number of people who weren’t ready to meet others in the real world yet. I think it’s more of a stage of getting over an old relationship that people will sign up for dating sites, then get cold feet and back out at the last second. eHarmony doesn’t need to make people up out of whole cloth to get plenty of those types. Which is not to say that I consider their business practices saintly – I’ve got my own gripes with them. As I’ve told people, “They’re the worst dating site out there, except for all the rest.”
