1-800 Toll-free Phone Number to contact eHarmony Customer Service

Yes there’s a toll-free telephone number and eHarmony doesn’t want you to know it. The numbers are nowhere in their website. eHarmony accepts calls from customers from eHarmony US, eHarmony Canada, eHarmony Australia, eHarmony UK and Compatible Partners.

They are open every day between 4am and 12am PST. Be ready to wait though.

Of course, these are North American toll-free numbers. You can reach the company from overseas by dialing 011 1 626 795 4814.

If you’ve got a question on using eHarmony, the answer could be right here in the blog. Try our search box.

Seeking a refund? You will want to read our off-the-record “How to get a refund” primer before calling.

UPDATE: These numbers are also for the Compatible Partners website.

UPDATE 3-Oct-2008: eHarmony’s new customer service telephone number is 1-800-951-2023.

UPDATE 24-Oct-2008: Another number is 1-800-390-3548.

UPDATE 15-Nov-2008: Want another one? 1-800-263-6133

UPDATE 25-Jul-2009: Want a fourth? 1-800-673-3548

UPDATE 15-Jun-2011: A fifth? 1-877-904-4810

UPDATE 9-Nov-2009: For the eHarmony UK? 0-800-028-0308. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. GMT

UPDATE: For Australia? eHarmony Australia has no local toll free number. Yeah they’ve been around since December 2007 and still have no local phone number. Don’t hold your breath for it.

UPDATE 16-Jan-2011: For eHarmony Australia? 1-800-707-894

UPDATE 18-Aug-2010: For eHarmony Brazil? 0800 892 2202. Segunda a Sexta, 11:00 – 19:00 (Horário de Brasília).

I would definitely be willing to join a public site saying how dissatisfied I’ve been w/ eharmony. It’s not that I didn’t get any matches at all, it’s that they billed me over and over w/o my consent. I was careful to be sure the auto-renewal was not on, but mysteriously, I was just charged ONE HUNDRED AND NINETEEN dollars! When I called to talk to them, after finally finding an 800number by searching the internet, not their site, they said they couldn’t help me. The rep said that he’d have to put my request into a different dept, one that works only by email and never by human interaction!
Worst experience ever! Borders on internet scam w/ the way they take your money and loop hole their way out of it no matter how hard you try to get help!
Seems that bad publicity would be the only way to help ourselves, anyone know of any way to do this?

Well, it is three years old, so it is not entirely fair to reference it. eH has made some changes since then but it is not like their assessment isn’t still accurate as many of those changes have yet to remedy the main problems (and have created new ones).

Just called the 800-951-2023, automatic message said they were having high volume of calls and invited me to call back at a later date. I listened to the rest of the message and was finally given an option to reach a department. Instantly was connect to a real person. High volume of calls so call back later? BS. They really don’t want people calling in.

eHarmony is the worst online dating site I have ever used. It has been a few weeks with no matches and there is no way to search like the other sites. And then you never know who is a member and who is just surfing as a freebie

@rac, how many dating sites have you used?
    . . .
There are over 6,000 dating sites. So your sample size would have to be at least 361 at +/-5% confidence interval at confidence level of 95%.
    . . .
So.. How many sites have you tried?
