1-800 Toll-free Phone Number to contact eHarmony Customer Service

Yes there’s a toll-free telephone number and eHarmony doesn’t want you to know it. The numbers are nowhere in their website. eHarmony accepts calls from customers from eHarmony US, eHarmony Canada, eHarmony Australia, eHarmony UK and Compatible Partners.

They are open every day between 4am and 12am PST. Be ready to wait though.

Of course, these are North American toll-free numbers. You can reach the company from overseas by dialing 011 1 626 795 4814.

I suggest you just put “Forsyth County” and call them (at the above number) to reactivate your account. Get it over with, I mean. Sorry, eHarmony uses circa-1998 programming code.

I’m having the same issue as Y2Cat. I used the word “bad-ass” in my profile (because I am one, haha!) and they flagged it; I removed it immediately, but my account hasn’t received a single match in 3 days. Will be calling later to rectify. Good luck all!

The reason I canceled was lack of matches, there are just more women than men on eharmony. My male friends in their 40′s get flooded wth matches, yet the women in the same age group get very few. The men are even told that there are twice as many women as men on the site. BUt they never tell the women this!
